The Indian Ocean Takeaway, 234 Fratton Road, +44 23 9282 4720. Probably the longest serving curry outlet in Portsmouth, established in the early 1980's by the current owner/Chef Mr Mahtab Uddin. The quality of the food is of the highest quality and their curries are also priced very reasonably.
