This is a chain fish head hot pot restaurant. It has many types of broth to choose from and they do not seem to recycle their oil/broths like other hot pot restaurants. The tomato broth is excellent as is the traditional hot pot. They give you the tomato broth to drink as soup, which is fantastic. I would highly recommend their Zhong Shui Jiao with the red sauce. There service is also incredible!
