Considered by many critics to be the best sausage maker in Calgary, it serves its soups, sandwiches and hot meals in a cafeteria-type setting with large glass display cases and heat lamps. There are about 30 tables inside the dining room, which is spacious and decorated with the old football jerseys of the Spolumbo sons. The food is inexpensive.
