Saud Municipal Beach. If you want to get to Saud beach and have a great day at the sea, one way of avoiding the high charges of resorts is to head to Saud Municipal Beach. It is the same stretch of beach as all the other resorts, but you avoid paying the hefty entrance fees. Once in, you can wander along and go to any part of the beach you like. ₱20 (locals), ₱40 (foreigners).
