A standout Japanese sushi bar of the kind where you sit on stools and watch little boats of delicacies float by, selecting this one or that depending on your appetite -- or, if you're like me, your wallet. Each plate has a different color, with white being the cheapest (starting at around 15zl/$6.50/£4.05) and heading north from there. Three plates makes for a filling meal, so if you choose carefully you can still keep it under budget, but what's the fun of that when the food is this fantastic
