Rosso Vivo boasts stylish interior, excellent food and prime beachfront location, all at an affordable price and a casual, relaxed atmosphere. Located in the beachfront of Kuta at Jl Pantai Kuta, the restaurant also offers live music and alfresco dining beside a swimming pool. The menu is a mixture of international cuisines with an Italian touch, with popular fares such as – Farfalle al Salmone, salmon in pink peppercorn and cream sauce; Grilled Sword Fish, served with almonds, capers and anchovy emulsion; Wild Chicken Cajun Style, accompanied by crispy rosemary potato; and Conchuglie San Giacomo, oven baked scallops in cognac, butter, anchovies and parsley sauce.
