You can't really call Dolac a fancy restaurant, but it is a little more upscale than most of the places in Supetar. Dolac sits behind a stone wall and has lots of courtyard tables shaded by trees and a tiled canopy. The menu lists the usual assortment of grilled fish and pasta, but there are some very nice steaks to be had here, too.
