The Qutub Complex, at Mehrauli in Delhi, holds an array of historical monuments including the world renowned "Qutub Minar". The entire complex was initially constructed by Sultan Qutb-ud-din Aybak, who was the first ruler of the Slave Dynasty, and renovated by his successor, Sultan Iltutmish. The complex saw many additions done by subsequent rulers, including Ala-ud-din Khilji and the British.
