Oubei (瓯北; ōuběi), (You can take a boat across the river from 2 different docks, both east of the one to Jiangxin island, costing ¥1.5 each way). The town on the Northern side of Ou River. Not much to see in Oubei, close to the dock there is some nice temples at the bottom and top of a hill. There is a pagoda on top of the hill as well.
