Serving highly imaginative French cuisine, the two Michelin-starred Melisse features four-course and 10-course tasting menus, a decadent 13-course "carte blanche" menu as well as a book-length wine list that has claimed awards in its own right. Refreshingly, while Melisse is one of the city's top restaurants, it manages to maintain an atmosphere that's chic yet unstuffy.
