This is a great new restaurant located just outside Santa Fe. The food is fresh, the flavors are incredible, the portions are generous and the prices are more than fair. Try the Poblano del Dia and the Flan! The atmosphere is friendly and festive. Service is good. I have eaten their several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. La Plancha has become my favorite Santa Fe restaurant.
