The most upscale restaurant at the newly renovated Outrigger Wailea has been on the property for many years. However, it has moved to the second floor and gotten a facelift along with the rest of the hotel. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is friendly and down-to-earth, and the dress code allows for Aloha shirts and sandals. The contemporary Hawaiian menu features grilled meats, fresh fish and a few vegetarian specialties. Signature items include the rack of lamb and the Lobster Lau Lau.
