Godet is an intimate café by day and, more unusually, also functions as a store for clubwear, such as T-shirts, trousers and accessories. Come night time, it's a popular pre-club destination, mainly for early bird clubbers heading to Magma later on. The blaring techno beats and inflated prices may deter everyone but the dedicated clubber with money to spend. There are plenty of those in Istanbul however, and Godet is always so crammed it's impossible to move, much less dance!
