An intimate room carved from the base of Kapuzinerberg, Flavour stands somewhat apart from the tried-and-true tourist track. Nearly hidden in plain sight, it sits on the right bank of the river, a few hundred metres away from the entrance to Linzergasse. Largely undiscovered, it is worth seeking out. This cave-like space is dramatically yet subtly lit. With only a handful of tables and a small bar, the restaurant offers a cosy and personal dining experience. The ambitious menu concentrates on a few items, which are prepared with care and attractively served. Elegant and relaxed, sophisticated but low-key, Flavour offers a fine dining experience that allows you to relax and enjoy the moment.
