Juan Sanchez opened this restaurant after a successful stint in the wine business with La Derniere Goutte. Fish la Boissonnerie is a totally non-smoking establishment and as the name suggests, is a fish specialty joint. Shrimps, mussels, monkfish all tender cooked served by cheerful staff. What is noteworthy is that they speak English and you will not have to wait for long even without reservations. Sanchez's wines are on the menu as well and the friendly staff will guide you with combinations of wine and cheese for dessert.
