Tue-Sun 1200-1500 and 1800-2200. As suggested by the gimmicky name this restaurant is owned by 3 guys from different parts of the British and Irish Isles. The open kitchen might also feel like a bit of a gimmick but in fact it adds to the atmosphere of the place and the food it produces really is excellent. The e:s:i theme extends to the menu which draws on the culinary traditions of the three countries. Probably the best steaks in Leith.
