Demmers Tea House has a huge selection of teas (almost over 150) from all over the world with the usual novelty flavors as well. It doubles as a small cafe and although not especially quaint, there are a few tables by the window where you can sit and watch the world go by over a cuppa. You can also buy shortbread cookies and other sweet items.
