Built in 2010, the Corvin is one of the recent additions to the line of shopping malls in Budapest, placed in a favorable location roughly half way along the Pest section of the Great Ring Road. It is hidden behind the Corvin cinema, the area of which is memorable as fighting took place there during the Revolution of 1956. It is one of the smaller ones, but has everything a shopping centre is to offer including plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and a pharmacy amongst others.
