With a menu designed for the true connoisseur, the food is everything and conversation is kept to a quiet murmur. It's probably worth glancing up from your plate occasionally to note the stunning views over the Bosphorus. The chef here likes to experiment with different dishes: try the duck liver and ceps ravioli. It is an interesting blend of French and Italian cuisines.
