This supper club inside the elegant Fontainebleau Hilton Resort is a tribute to 1950s Miami. Three floor shows are presented each night. The Miss Florida National, a gender-illusionist beauty pageant, is held here every year. Both the food and the atmosphere are tropical, with fruity umbrella drinks and Caribbean food served amid lush surroundings. Graduated seating leading down to the stage assures good viewing.
