In the oldest part of town, on a narrow street that empties into the Plaza de Castillo, this is a busy and popular tavern-style restaurant with three dining rooms and a reputation for feeding generations of Pamplona residents since the 1950s. The menu includes house-style hake (baked with garlic, green sauce, herbs, and clams), many different kinds of succulent grilled meats and fish, chicken roasted in sherry sauce, and thick cuts of delicious pork chops.
