Camelia Grill, 540 Chartres (corner of Toulouse St). 8a-9p. Old style dinner with New Orleans style; the original has been a favorite up in the Carrollton neighborhood for generations; the new French Quarter location is a near duplicate - except that this one also has a liquor license.
