Stay on the well-marked Admiralty Point Trail that leads south from the parking lot, with its views of beaches, headlands, and Burrard Inlet. Pass Maple Beach and the fork for Admiralty Point (a good place for spotting seals) before climbing and then descending to the open bluff above Burns Point. It's a fine place to have a picnic and watch the river traffic passing below.
