The Phawngpui Blue Mountain National Park is located in the Lawngtlai district of the East Indian state of Mizoram. The nearest city to Phawngpui is the capital Aizawl, at a distance of 300 kilometers. It covers an area of 50 square kilometers. Established in the year 1992, it is one of the  two National Parks of Mizoram state , other being Murlen National Park, which is bigger in area. Phawngpui lies at the borders of Mizoram and Myanmar.
