Nienke from Amsterdam manages the bar since 2004. Bar13 is a colorful place with a beautiful patio ( smoking allowed ) in the middle of the old center of Alvor. People come here for a meal, a nice snack, talking, partying and listening to or dancing on good music. Not stylish, besides cut and past style. No fashion, besides from always, now and tomorrow. No shotlist, besides wodka lime. A cosy place to eat, drink, relax, work and party! Bar 13 in Alvor, in the middle of the village, close to the beach, ocean, river and lagoon. They have WI-FI..and good tapaz....
