This lovely Italian restaurant recently reopened, much to the delight of Beijing food lovers. The restaurant has a quiet, minimalist sophistication with dim lighting and white furniture. Alfresco dining on their cozy terrace is a must during warmer weather. The staff is attentive and proactive (a rarity in this city), and the food is excellent. Pastas are perfectly al dente and sauces are light and fresh. Our favorite is the walnut penne, a nutty flavored, creamy pasta.
