Arom Chinese Cuisine, Downtown, Regent Street. Authentic Chinese Restaurant. The old "Mei's" under new management, but the menu hasn't changed. They make their own tofu and offer a few vegetarian dishes. Many of their meat dishes can be made vegetarian if you ask (like the potstickers). Some feel the food is hardly "authentic Chinese" and the options are limited and pricey. There are, however, many worse restaurants in Fredericton.
