This is a stylish, well-known restaurant, at Valeggio sul Mincio outside the city but within easy reach. Borsa serves the best tortellini in the whole area, tossed in the traditional mix of melted butter and sage. The other dishes are also impressive, from the sizzling meats to the sweet trolley. There is a good selection of wine, including both local and national vintages. The service is impeccable and swift but incredibly attentive. It is a welcoming place, ideal for celebrations.
