РазвернутьDay 1: Arrival In Gangtok
Upon your meet and greet with our representative at Bagdogra Airport or at NJP Railway Station, a transfer will be arranged to the peaceful hill station of Gangtok (130 kms / 5 hrs). Check in at your hotel in this beautiful destination and start to get familiar with your surroundings. In the evening, set out on a shopping spree along the roads of main market area M.G Marg. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day Exursion To Tsangu Lake & Baba Madir
- After breakfast, prepare for a full day excursion to glacial Tsomgo Lake (12,310 feet), and the temple of Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (a very holy site for all) - at a short distance of only 40 kms from Gangtok.
- Home to the Brahmini ducks and many migratory birds, the 1 kilometer long lake is oval shaped and nearly 50 feet deep. The surface reflects different colours with change of seasons and is held in great reverence by the local Sikkimese folk. Spend the evening in Gangtok for some recreational activities such as shopping and a delicious local dinner. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
- In case of Land slide or any reason Tshangu Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.
- NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign National are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake.
Day 3: Gangtok Half Day Sightseeing Tour & Transfer To Darjeeling
After breakfast go for local sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls along with Do-rul Chhorten, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday) and Flower Show. In the afternoon, prepare for your transfer to Darjeeling (7100 ft / 115 kms / 4-5 hrs). Evening free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4: Gangtok Half Day Sightseeing Tour & Transfer To Darjeeling
After breakfast go for local sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls along with Do-rul Chhorten, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday) and Flower Show. In the afternoon, prepare for your transfer to Darjeeling (7100 ft / 115 kms / 4-5 hrs). Evening free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5: Departure From Darjeeling
After you have finished your breakfast, a transfer will be arranged to Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Railway Station from the hotel (distance from Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport: 110 kms/3 hrs). Your tour in Darjeeling has ended. Let the memories begin!
